  • the annual hourly workload of the student’s work required to achieve the expected learning outcomes for a given stage is 1500-1800h, corresponding to 60 ECTS;

Short description: (in Polish)

Podczas wykładów omówiona zostanie geneza chemii medycznej i farmaceutycznej; pojęcie aktywności biologicznej i farmakologicznej substancji, oraz powiązanie struktury z aktywnością. Omówione zostaną etapy badań klinicznych leków (wprowadzenie leku do obrotu) oraz podstawowev różnice pomiędzy lekiem a suplementem diety. Wprowadzone zostaną podstawowe pojęcia z zakresufarmakokinetyki i farmakodynamiki. Ponadto zostanie omówiony mechnizm receptorowy działania leku ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem receptorów sprzężonych z białkiem G.

Wykład: zaliczenie na ocenę na podstawie egzaminu ustnego

Wymagany próg na ocenę dostateczną: 50%, dostateczny plus: 61%, dobry: 66%, dobry plus: 76%, bardzo dobry: 81%.
