Lecture program The essence, meaning, specificity of labor resources. Evolution of views on the importance of labor resources in the organization. Basic concepts of people management in the enterprise W1 Work resource management - the essence, goals, tools, conditions W1, W2; W4 Shaping the level and structure of employment in the organization, including: • human resources planning - directions, tools and conditions of W2; W4 • recruitment and selection of employees - procedures, techniques, tools W2; W4 • controlling people movements in the organization - goals, principles, tools, W2; W4 • recruitment - forms, consequences, rules of W2; W4 Employee appraisal - models of work effects appraisal and its procedure. Objectives, entities, criteria, methods, assessment tools. Areas of using the results of employee appraisal. Judging errors W2; W4 Employee education and development. A systematic approach to educating and improving employees. Methods of education and improvement. Shaping careers - goals, tools W2; W4 Motivating people to work - the essence, types, principles of effective motivating to work. Motivating tools and their place in the motivation system W3 Remuneration of employees - the essence, functions, determinants of remuneration. Basic tools of shaping remuneration W2; W3; W4 Shaping labor relations - conflict in the organization, the role of the leader in conflict resolution.
