- uzyskanej przed 2020 rokiem
- uzyskanej poza WPiA UMK.

Zainteresowania
Experienced academic with strong interest in the field of policy and law formation in national and global setting. Professional experience allowed him to develop a broad perspective on local and global problems: first, as a lecturer, visiting scholar and visiting professor at universities in Poland and abroad (Harvard, Oxford, Science Po, Freie Univerrität, Goethe-Universität), and then as a founder of think-tanks and an expert and advisor to ministerial councils and international organizations.
