Within the scope of knowledge:

K1: Student has in-depth knowledge about the types of social relationships and regularities that govern them relevant to the educational process, therapeutic, socializing, and supporting human development with disabilities in the generation and procreative family - K_W07

K2: Student has a structured knowledge of the cultural determinants of informal educational processes in the field of everyday life of people with disabilities in the generational and procreative families – K_W09

K3: Student has ordered knowledge of the theory of informal kinship education, learning, and teaching, and other educational processes in the field of education in the generation and procreative families in a cultural context - K_W12

Within the scope of skills:

S1: Student has a deepened ability to present their ideas, concerns, and suggestions, to support their argument developed in the context of selected theoretical perspectives, views of various authors who write about disabilities in the generational and procreative families, guided by ethical principles - K_U05

Within the scope of social competence:

SC1: Student has an in-depth awareness of the level of their knowledge and skills, understands the need for continuous personal and professional development, is aware of the continuity of human development with disabilities in the generation and procreative families - K_K01

Metody i kryteria oceniania: (tylko po angielsku)

Method of assessment: Credit with a grade

General assumptions:

There are 15 hours (a 45') of the entire Lecture: 7 lectures a 1,5 h and 1 lecture a 45' (first introductory).

Lectures are given every two weeks on Friday.

Requirements and rules:

1. 8-7 participation in meetings (100 % participation) = C grade guaranteed; Optional visual presentation in PPTX (a case study of a famous person with a disability from own country) for a higher grade.

2. 6-5 participation in meetings = visual presentation in PPTX (a case study of a famous person with a disability - as above)

3. 4-3 participation in meetings = visual presentation in PPTX (a case study of a famous person with a disability - as above) plus additionally written essay on a given topic

4. 2-0 participation in meetings not qualified for grading.

Participation in classes - K1, K2, K3, S1

Individual visual presentation (a task with oral presentation) - K3, S1, SC1

Assessment criteria:

The student receives a passing grade when she/he participates in meetings (see above options) and will pass successfully grading assignments

Assessment criteria for the results for grading assignments

very good: 95-100% (A)

plus a good rating: 90% (B+)

good rating: 80% (B)

plus a good rating: 70% (C+)

good rating: 60%. (C)

unsatisfactory rating: below 60% (D)

3. Feral children. Disability love-hate crimes. Wojtek and Leszek case

4. Disability and family representation in media. Nethnographic cases

5. Acquired disability. War veterans, homeless males, and family cases

6. Alzheimer’s disease. Cases of home-based and institutional care

7. Early and Very-late Onset of Schizophrenia. Cases of home-based care and home life.
