W.4 knows and understands the causes, symptoms, diagnostic process and therapeutic management of bronchiectasis (E.W7)

U.2 performs a full physical examination of the adult patients (E.U3)

U.3 performs differential diagnosis of the most common diseases of adult patients (E.U12)

U.4 plans the diagnostic process, therapeutic management and preventive activities in case of respiratory diseases (E.U16)

U.5 interpret laboratory tests and identifies the causes of abnormalities (E. U24)

U.6 identifies physiological and pathological structures radiological pictures performed in patients with respiratory diseases

U.7 assists in performing the following procedures and medical treatments: (E.U30)

a) drain the pleura

b) pericentesis

c) fine-needle biopsy

d) broncoscopy

and interpret their results

During the course students acquaint with general symptomathology of lung diseases. analyse diseases entity ; detail symtopathology, differentiation and treatment. The students also acquaint with education in the range of the smoking of the tobacco. All classes represent the risk factor morbidity rate, particular in infectious diseases ( the tuberculosis of lungs) .

The seminar is a practical form of student's study. In terms of this unit, the student acquires the ability to thoroughly investigate the history of patinets and physical examination, and interprets additional research as microbiological, radiologicall and laboratory testsl. Particular emphasis is placed on differential diagnosis in the field of respiratory diseases, the topic includes sudden states in pulmonology.

At the workshop, the student gets acquainted with individual, interesting cases of diseases in specific patients - a case study. Analyzes the whole history of the disease, starting from the anamnesis, through physical examination, analysis of additional tests, differential diagnosis, final diagnosis and the proposed treatment.

Na zajęciach z przedmiotu - Choroby Płuc student zapoznaje się z symptomatologią ogólną z zakresu chorób płuc, analizuje jednostki chorobowe: symptomatologię szczegółową, różnicowanie oraz leczenie. Również student zapoznaje się z szeroko pojętą edukacją w zakresie palenia tytoniu. Wszystkie zajęcia przedstawiają czynniki ryzyka chorobowości szczególnie w zakresie chorób zakaźnych jak gruźlica płuc.
Pełny opis:

Konwersatorium jest praktyczną formą nauki studenta. W zakresie tej jednostki student nabywa umiejętność dokładnego badania podmiotowego, przedmiotowego, interpretuje badania dodatkowe jak mikrobiologiczne, obrazowe i analityczne. Szczególny nacisk jest kładziony na diagnostykę różnicową w zakresie chorób dróg oddechowych, tematyką obejmuje stany nagłe w pulmonologii.

Na warsztatach student zapoznaje się z poszczególnymi, ciekawymi przypadkami chorób u konkretnych pacjentów - studium przypadku. Analizuje całościowo historię choroby, rozpoczynając od wywiadu, poprzez badanie przedmiotowe, analizę badań dodatkowych, diagnostykę różnicową, rozpoznanie ostateczne oraz zaproponowane leczenie.
