10.1. Organizacja stażu, rezydentury i praktyki prywatnej

The student demonstrates the knowledge of the basic ethical principles contained in the Code of Medical Ethics. He knows what legal acts regulate the education of doctors in Poland.

1. Obligatory hours carried out with the participation of the teacher:

- participation in exercises: 6 hours

The workload related to classes requiring the direct participation of academic teachers is 6 hours, which corresponds to 0.24 ECTS points.

2. Balance of student workload:

- participation in exercises: 6 hours

- preparation for the exam and passing the exam: 3 hours + 1 hour = 4 hours

The total student workload is 10 hours, which corresponds to 0.4 ECTS points.

3. Workload related to scientific research:

- reading the indicated literature: 2 hours

- participation in exercises (taking into account scientific research methodology, research results, studies in the field of occupational medicine): 6 hours

The total student workload related to research is 8 hours, which corresponds to 0.32 ECTS points

4. Time required to prepare for and participate in the assessment process:

- preparation for and carrying out the assessment: 1 hour + 1.5 hours = 2.5 hours, which is 0.1 ECTS point

5. Balance of the student's practical workload:

- participation in exercises: 6 hours

The total student workload of a practical nature is 6 hours, which corresponds to 0.24 ECTS points

Time required to complete mandatory internship:

W2: knows the legal regulations regarding the provision of health services, patient's rights, the basics of practicing the profession of a doctor and the functioning of the medical self-government G K_W06

W4: understands the functioning of medical institutions and the social role of a doctor D K_W06

U1: shows responsibility for improving his qualifications and transferring knowledge to others D K_U15

U2: explains to people using medical services their basic rights and the legal basis for providing these benefits G K_U03

U3: applies in practice legal regulations regarding the issue of medical certificates for the needs of patients, their families and external institutions G K_U04

He knows the principles of the functioning of medical certification in accordance with the current legal acts.

He knows the rules of postgraduate education in Poland based on current legal acts. He learns about possible forms of self-employment and running his own professional activity.
