Efekty uczenia się - umiejętności: | (tylko po angielsku) The student U1: is able to integrate knowledge from various disciplines within Humanities and apply it in an entire range of situations (K_U06) U2: can analyze and interpret various texts, use specialist terminology and justify the selected methodology (K_U10) U3: is capable of recognizing and analyzing various types of non-literary cultural artefacts (K_U20) U4: is able to formulate critical opinions about cultural artefacts on the basis of academic knowledge and experience. The graduate is able to present their critical opinions in various forms and media (K_U21) U5: displays advanced public speaking skills in terms of producing and delivering texts orally in Polish and/ or English, using basic theoretical approaches and a variety of sources (K_U12) |

(tylko po angielsku) The seminar offers an overview of contemporary critical approaches to the study of mass media, film and new media with the aim to provide students with the analytical tools necessary for analyzing various media texts and practices. The course focuses on cinema studies, comics studies, transmedia storytelling, games studies, and fandom.
