  • tygodniowy wymiar godzinowy nakładu pracy studenta wynosi 45 h;
  • 1 punkt ECTS odpowiada 25-30 godzinom pracy studenta potrzebnej do osiągnięcia zakładanych efektów uczenia się;

Interpersonal skills training is dedicated to all students who want to improve their social skills.

Interpersonal skills training is dedicated to all students who want to improve their social skills. The exercises are carried out in the form of a project in an open social environment. Each team, which consists of 3-4 students, will prepare and implement the event. The themes of the events are invented by the teams. By working on a social project, students will acquire a range of interpersonal skills and knowledge in the field of social communication and social management.

Among the skills that will be developed during the training:

- creativity,

- proactivity,

- assertiveness,

- cooperation in a group,

- conflict resolution and negotiations,

- managerial and leadership skills,

- self management,

- time management.

Examples of social actions carried out by students in previous years:

- charity events,

- rummage sale,

- concert,

- flash mob,

- location-based game,

- tournament of board game,

- ethnic and cultural exhibition

- bookcrossing,

- puppet show,

- educational activities for children and adults,

- integration activities,

- reading poems in trams.

Place of the event: Toruń (among inhabitants) or university campus (for another students of NCU)

The exercises are carried out in the form of a project in an open social environment. Thus there are two stages to completing the course:

1. Each team, which consists of 3-4 students, will prepare an event and will regularly consult the progress of work with the lecturer.

2. Each team will implement the event.

Students' creativity, organizational skills and ability to work in groups will be assessed (notes between 2 to 5).
