Skrócony opis: |
(tylko po angielsku) The course aims at providing a general outlook on the structure and basic principles of the European human rights law. It includes the analysis of material, procedural and institutional arrangements of the European system of human rights, with particular emphasis on the Council of Europe. Other regional organizations and their role in the protection of human rights are also mentioned. The crucial part of the course covers the overview of the catalogue of human rights and freedoms enshrined in the European Convention on Human Rights and the corresponding case-law of the European Court of Human Rights. |
