The aim of this course is introduce students into the libertarian theory of justice, especially in its Rothbardian kind. The course will discuss such issues from the point of view of libertarian theory of justice as: 1. A Crusoe SOcial Philosophy 2. Voluntary Exchnage 3. Ownership & Aggression 4. Property and Criminality 5. Theft 6. Monopoly 7. Self-Defense 8. Punishment & Proportionality 9. Rights of Children & Animals 10. Human Rights ad Property Rights 11. Rights & Knowledge 12. Bribery & Boycott 13. Contracts 14. Lifeboat Situations |
