(in Polish) Antropometria jako dział antropologii obejmuje metody określania budowy ciała ludzkiego za pomocą pomiaru odległości między stałymi jego punktami (tzw. punktami antropometrycznymi), a przedmiotem badań może być człowiek żywy lub szkielet. Celem przedmiotu jest poznanie podstaw antropometrii oraz podstawowych metod pomiarowych i ich wykorzystanie w zawodzie fizjoterapeuty.

Brief description

Biomarkers are widely used in many fields of medicine. Clinical application of biomarkers in clinical practice should enable: early detection of asymptomatic or subclinical disease, or detection of the risk of this disease, differentiation of acute and chronic, risk stratification, disease monitoring and response to treatment and the choice of the appropriate therapeutic method. Seminars cover 30 hours during which students become familiar with both markers with documented high clinical utility and novel markers in laboratory diagnostics.
