Brief description

(in Polish) Przedmiot poświęcony jest unormowaniom prawa międzynarodowego oraz polskiego prawa wewnętrznego, regulującym stosunki konsularne, czyli stosunki utrzymywane przez państwa za pośrednictwem urzędów konsularnych. Oprócz treści norm prawnych prezentowane są także zagadnienia związane z praktyką funkcjonowania urzędów konsularnych i pracą urzędników konsularnych, zwłaszcza w kontekście realizowanych przez urzędy funkcji konsularnych.

Przedmiot jest ściśle związany z przedmiotami: prawo międzynarodowe publiczne i prawo dyplomatyczne.

Wskazane jest wcześniejsze zaliczenie prawa międzynarodowego.

Konieczne jest wcześniejsze zaliczenie prawa dyplomatycznego.
