Lectures: 1. Basic aspects of the organization: W1 the essence of the organizational structure, the characteristics of the organizational structure, organizational position - its characteristics, principles of grouping jobs, the characteristics of the organizational structure in terms of classic behavioral model of organization, 2. Factors determining the organizational design: W2 situational approach to design organizations, environment organizations, ways of responding organizations in a changing environment, the model efficiency of the organization, features mechanistic organizational models, features organic organizational models, organizational structure and technology, development of the organization and the age of the organization 3. Projects of organizational structures: W1, W2 classic designs organizational structures of their advantages and disadvantages, span of control - planar structures and slender, contemporary designs organizational structures of their advantages and disadvantages, network organizations 4. Methodology organizational design: W2 The diagnostic method of improving the organizational structure, method of predictive design organization, techniques of collecting information for an organizational diagnosis, organizational improvement model 5.
